Nella nottata è andata in scena la cerimonia finale dell’edizione 2023 dei The Game Awards, gli oscar dei videogiochi che hanno visto vincitori i titoli usciti nel corso degli ultimi 12 mesi che più hanno convinto la giuria di esperti e gli utenti chiamati a decidere il miglior gioco per ogni categoria.
Geoff Keighley, presentatore dell’evento, ha proclamato Baldur’s Gate 3 “Gioco dell’anno”, con il titolo dei Larian Studios che è riuscito a primeggiare anche nelle categorie Best Performance, Best RPG, Best Community Support, Best Multiplayer e Best Players’ Voice a fronte di otto nomination.

Ma oltre al quasi scontato exploit di Baldur’s Gate 3 che ha messo praticamente in ombra Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 tornato a casa a mani vuote, scopriamo dunque tutti i vincitori dei The Game Awards 2023, un’edizione che ha arriso anche a Microsoft e XBox capaci di portarsi a casa tre premi (due per Forza Motorsport e uno per Hi-Fi Rush) surclassando sia Nintendo con un solo premio (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom) sia Sony, con quest’ultima completamente a secco di riconoscimenti.
